The online store of Denim Dream is one of the largest online stores in the entire Baltic States, where you can buy products sold at the stores owned by Põldma Kaubanduse AS (Denim Dream, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Mustang and Pepe Jeans). 

Are the products sold at the online store of Denim Dream the same that are sold at Denim Dream’s regular stores?

The online store offers a range of products that are available both in the Denim Dream store and our brand stores. The range of goods in our online store is renewed every week.

ORDERING

Do I have to have an account to buy from the online store of Denim Dream?

No, it is not mandatory. However, it is recommended.
The account gives you an opportunity to use different benefits of our online store. The benefits are listed under the account topic.

Can I book products in your online store?

Unfortunately, booking is not possible in our online store. The products are available to everyone and someone may buy the last item of your desired product at any moment. To avoid this, we suggest you to make your shopping plans rather sooner than later.

Why should I sign up and get an account at the Denim Dream online store?

The account gives you an opportunity to use several benefits of our online store: 

1. A customer discount of 5% applies to all the customers who have signed up and logged in on the online store of Denim Dream. The discount is shown when making the payment. In addition, the money saved with the -5% discount will be stored on the customer’s account as “Denim Dream money”.

2. When buying products, you do not always have to spend time on entering your data (address, name, contact information), as they are displayed automatically.

3. Over time extra benefits are added.

Is my registration information safe?

Yes. Your information will be handled as confidential and is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. 

Payment

Can I pay for my products by instalment?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. You can pay for your orders safely through Estonian banklinks (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Danske, Nordea, Krediidipank) and with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Pocopay). 

Program “DENIM DREAM MONEY”

Can “Denim Dream money” be only collected by registered users?

Yes. You need to be registered and logged in to your account when ordering to collect and use "Denim Dream money".
However, signing up is really fast and easy and an account gives you an opportunity to use several other benefits.

Can I transfer the “Denim Dream money” I collected to my bank account?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. “Denim Dream money” can only be used for buying products from the Denim Dream online store.

Discounts

Which discounts are available at the Denim Dream online store?

You can get discounts from our online store at all times. A customer discount of 5% applies to all the customers who have registered and logged in at the online store of Denim Dream. The discount is shown when you make the payment. In addition, the money you saved with the 5% discount will be stored on your account as “Denim Dream money”.

There are also campaign-based discounts in our online store that are valid at different times during the year.

Can I use your regular store’s gift card in your online store?

You can only use our regular store’s gift card in our regular stores. You can find more information about that here.

I got a loyalty card from your regular store. Can I use it for discounts in your online store?

You can only use our regular store’s loyalty card in our regular stores. The discounts of the Denim Dream online store are only valid for the registered users of our online store. Signing up is really fast and easy and an account gives you an opportunity to use several other benefits.

Shipping

How fast do I receive the product I ordered?

In the case of parcel terminal, post office, as well as courier service you receive the product within 5 working days. More information about transportation can be found here.

How do cold/hot outside temperatures affect my Post24 package?

The supply chain of almost all products includes a link where the package comes into contact with outside temperatures, humidity, etc. Even though the weather affects the temperature of the parcel terminal, nothing bad will happen to the products. The experience of Omniva partner in Poland showed that despite the harsh winters (-25 degrees) and hot summers (+32 degrees) of the last years, the customers did not encounter any problems due to that. 

Can a package sent via Omniva parcel terminal fall into the hands of criminals?

The parcel terminals are made of thick tin plates, making them really hard to break into. Additionally, there are three cameras watching the parcel terminal and an alarm is activated in case the door is opened by strong shaking or use of force.

Returns

If the size of the product I bought is too big/small for me or it does not fit me, can I exchange it?

You have the right to exchange your ordered product free of charge within 14 days. The 14 day term starts from receiving the notice that the product has arrived at Omniva parcel terminal or a post office, or in the case of courier service, when the package arrives at your address.

Product sizes

Which size should I buy when I wear different sizes with different brands?

If you are unsure about which size to buy, we recommend you buy the size that fits you in the case of most brands. If you try the product on and it appears that the size does not fit, you can exchange it.

I found a product I like from your online store, but unfortunately you don’t have it in my size. Is there something you can do?
