From Denim Dream Europe e-store we ship to following European Union countries:

Shipping cost: 15 € / FREE from orders over 120€
The products will be delivered to your address within 10 working days after receiving the order confirmation. The courier will contact you by phone and agree on a suitable time for delivering your products. If delivery is not possible, order will be delivered to nearest post office. The Product is kept at the post office for 14 calendar days. If the Customer does not collect the Product within the term specified, they are obligated to compensate the costs of repeated shipping.
NB! Please note that delivery time during the campaigns may take a little longer than usual.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have the right to exchange or return your ordered product within 14 days. The 14 day term starts when the package arrives at your address or package is taken from the post office.

The Seller do not compensate returned packages transport cost.
A confirmation about receiving the product will be sent to your e-mail.
The product can only be exchanged for the same product or another size. In the case of exchanges, we will send you a new product immediately after receiving the products you wish to exchange.
* The money will be refunded to the same bank account from which your payment was made within 14 days as of the timely arrival of the product at the online store of Denim Dream. If you also used the bonus money to some extent, this will also be refunded to you within the specified timeframe. In the case of returns, the cost of courier service for the initial order will not be compensated.
* We ask you to fill out the exchange and return form and add it to the products. Exchanges or returns are only accepted if accompanied by a filled out return form.

* The product you wish to exchange or return cannot be damaged or have signs of having been worn, it must be in its original packaging and all original tags must be attached to the product. Giftcard, Underwear, Cosmetics/perfumes and facemask with open packages cannot be returned.
* We ask you to always open the product packages carefully without damaging them. If it is not possible to open the package without damaging it, the product you wish to return does not have to be in its original packaging.
