Delivery time is 1-5 working days. NB! During campaign delivery times might be longer.

Sadly we do not have the option to pay by the invoice. Orders can be paid through a bank link or with Visa/Mastercard payment option.

Sadly we do not have the option to formalize invoices for the companies.

By choosing Click&Collect delivery method you can receive your order from the preferred store. Click&Collect option is only available for stores that have at least two of the same sizes/items in stock.

When your payment fails the item/size will be released from the reservation within 2 hours.

Updates about your order will be sent through e-mail. Once the order has been shipped, tracking code will be sent to you. With tracking code you can track your orders movement on delivery providers pages. On MY ACCOUNT page you can see the status of your order. If you made an order without logging in you can always ask for addition information from our customer service.

Items are shipped out from our e-store warehouse and from our Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian stores. If all of the items from the same order can not be sent out from the same location your order will first be processed through our e-store warehouse.

Sadly not. Orders can be made through our e-store webpage, app or by making a purchase in our physical stores.

In store availability can be check on our e-store page. Once you have found the item you would like to see availability for, choose the size you are interested in and click "Show all stores".

After your return has been processed you will be refunded within 2 working days. If you used credit card to pay for your order, the money will be refunded within 5 working days. The money will automatically be refunded to the same bank account you used to make your order.

Items ordered from e-store can be returned or exchanged for another size. Items can not be exchanged for another model.

Items can be returned to the store but stores can not refund or exchange your items. Stores will forward your return to e-store office.

Complaints can be submitted through store or by contacting e-store customer service. Please return the item you would like to submit complaint for to one of our stores where you can fill in complaint form and the store will forward the item to e-store office. Once we have showed your item to a specialist we will contact you through e-mail.

If you would like to cancel your order please contact e-store customer service.

Denim Dream gift card can also be bought through e-store. Electronical gift card will be sent to receivers e-mail and you can choose when you would like the gift card to be sent out. Electronical gift card can be found under WOMEN or MEN category in our main menu. Electronical gift card can be use in stores and e-store.

Denim Dream gift cards can be used in all of the Denim Dream, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Underwear, Tommy Jeans, Tom Tailor, Camel Active, Mustang, MAX&Co., Premiere by Poldma, Denim Dream outlets and in e-store. Gift card can not be exchanged for money. You can pay with Denim Dream gift card up to the amount you have left on the gift card until there is no money left to use. Denim Dream gift card does not expire. Gift card can be used more than once and you can add more money on the card.

1. In e-store you can use Denim Dream gift card that has scratchable area on the back of the card. 2. Gift card can be used in the checkout by inserting the gift card code that consists of numbers and letters and is found under the scratchable area. 3. If the payment fails, the money on the gift card will be reserved up to 2 hours. After that the gift card can be used again. 4. In the checkout after the gift card code has been inserted, you can choose the amount you would like to use. If the purchase amount exceeds the amount you have on the gift card, you have to pay the rest of the amount by using one of our payment methods.

In case of the return, they amount you used to pay with gift card will be returned to new electronical gift card that will be sent to your e-mail. If you already used electronical gift card to pay the amount will be returned to the same electronical gift card. In case you do not return all of the items you ordered, the amount you payed through bank link or Visa/Mastercard payment option will be refunded first and than the amount that was payed with gift card.
