Loyal customer has the right to return e-store orders free of charge to the stores owned by Põldma Kaubanduse AS during the extended period, i.e. 30 days (except Click and Try purchases).
Loyal customer has the opportunity to view the purchase history of both the store and the e-store at any time from their e-store account.
Loyal customer collects 1% bonus money from every purchase both in the stores and in the e-store.
Loyal customer receives invitations to exclusive events.

1. Joining the Denim Family loyalty programme

1.1 Denim Family customer card is valid in the following concept stores: Denim Dream, Denim Dream Outlet, Guess, Guess Outlet, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Underwear, Marciano by Guess, Tom Tailor, Mustang, Camel Active, Premiere by Poldma, Trespass stores and e-store: www.denimdream.com. 
1.2 Denim Family customer loyalty programme can be joined by any person. 
1.3 In order to join the customer loyalty programme, visit any Denim Dream, Denim Dream Outlet, Guess, Calvin Klein, Marciano by Guess ,Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein Underwear, Camel Active, Tom Tailor, Mustang, Premiere by Poldma, Trespass store or e-store: denimdream.com 
1.4 Before registering with the customer loyalty programme, the customers are required to examine and accept the terms and conditions of Denim Family customer loyalty programme. 
1.5 By submitting personal data when applying for the membership of Denim Family programme, the customer grants Põldma Kaubanduse AS their consent for further handling of their personal data, including purchase-related information, for the purposes of the customer loyalty programme.
1.6 The customer can use the benefits of Denim Family customer loyalty programme in regular stores and e-store immediately after accepting the terms and conditions of the customer loyalty programme.
1.7 Denim Family e-store account provides an overview of the purchase history and access to purchase receipts. 
1.8 The customer has the right to change, delete and update their personal data.
1.9 In the event that the customer agreed to receive the newsletter when joining the customer loyalty programme, they will be sent information about fashion news, special offers and discounts.
1.10 The customer can unsubscribe from receiving Denim Family newsletter at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button at the end of the newsletter. Registered e-store users can change their privacy settings via their account.
1.11 In regular stores, customer service staff ask for an ID card or Denim Family customer card to identify a regular customer.
1.12 It is forbidden to give Denim Family membership card or number to third persons.
 

2. Processing of personal data

Customer satisfaction is the greatest value for Põldma Kaubanduse AS. The company collects and stores customer data for the purposes of providing the best service.

2.1 Põldma Kaubanduse AS processes the personal data of the users of Denim Family programme based on a valid contract, where the customer declares their intent to join the customer loyalty programme, completed relevant application form and accepted the terms and conditions of Denim Family customer loyalty programme. 
2.2 Personal data are data collected by Põldma Kaubanduse AS to identify a person, perform the contract and manage the accounts, based on the contract entered into by and between Põldma Kaubanduse AS and the customer for the purposes of processing customer’s personal data.
2.3 Põldma Kaubanduse AS processes personal data necessary for performing the contract and providing the customers with the best service. The information submitted by customers is confidential and stored in a secure manner in accordance with applicable laws.

2.4 Personal data processed when joining Denim Family customer loyalty programme include information submitted by the customer: gender, given name, family name, personal ID code, date of birth, , e-mail address, mobile phone number, language preference and direct marketing consent.
2.5 Põldma Kaubanduse AS has the right to perform profile analysis based on personal data used in Denim Family customer loyalty programme, to better understand the expectations of our customers and improve the quality of our goods and services. Profile analysis also allows more accurate targeting of direct marketing.

2.6 Põldma Kaubanduse AS may transfer the personal data of its customers to the processors of Põldma Kaubanduse AS with registered office and data repositories located in the European Economic Area. 
2.7 Personal data of the customers of Põldma Kaubanduse AS are processed based on the contract entered into by and between Põldma Kaubanduse AS and processors who are obligated to ensure appropriate security measures when processing personal data in accordance with applicable law. 
2.8 Contract for maintaining the confidentiality of personal data have been concluded with all cooperation partners who receive personal data from Põldma Kaubanduse AS within the framework of customer loyalty programme.

Direct marketing
2.9 Members of Denim Family customer loyalty programme receive information about promotional campaigns, discounts and products and services provided by Põldma Kaubanduse AS via direct mail and electronic channels (newsletter, phone) by using the data submitted in the membership application (e-mail address, phone number), provided that the member of Denim Family customer loyalty programme gave relevant consent when joining the programme.
2.10 E-mail address and phone number are used for sending direct marketing materials only if the customer has granted relevant consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing materials, they can either click on the link at the end of the e-mail, SMS, contact customer support or change this in online store user profile.
2.11 If personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing (profiling), the customer has the right to object to initial and further using of their personal data, including profile analysis related to direct marketing, at any time by sending relevant e-mail to customer support: e-pood@denimdream.ee.

Access to, rectification and transfer of personal data
2.13 Personal data can be accessed to and rectified by using online store user profile. In case of purchases made without having a user account, the personal data can be accessed to by mediation of customer support: epood@denimdream.ee.
2.14 Customers who are members of Denim Family customer loyalty programme may, at any time, access to, rectify and receive information about the processing of their personal data, by sending an e-mail with digitally signed request to Põldma Kaubanduse AS: epood@denimdream.ee.
2.15 Upon submission of new personal data, the data are updated automatically.
2.16 Transfer requests submitted by e-mail will be replied to within one month at the latest. Customer support will identify the customer and inform about personal data applicable for transfer.

Withdrawal of the consent to process personal data and erasure of personal data
2.17 In case of personal data processed based on customer consent, the customer has the right to withdraw their consent by sending relevant e-mail to customer support.
2.18 Members of Denim Family customer loyalty programme may, at any time, withdraw their direct marketing consent (special offers, promotional campaigns, newsletters), by making relevant changes in online store user profile or sending relevant e-mail to: e-pood@denimdream.ee .
2.19 Põldma Kaubanduse AS has the right to refuse to satisfy the request to erase the data if processing of the personal data of the holder of the customer loyalty card is necessary for preparing, submitting, or defending legal claims regarding the protection of persons or property or other needs established by law. In that case, Põldma Kaubanduse AS has the right to keep the personal data and purchase information of the card holder for up to 24 months after using the card. After the expiry of that term, the personal data are automatically erased. 
2.20 In order to erase personal data, please contact us by e-mail: epood@denimdream.ee . We will reply to the request to erase personal data within one month at the latest and specify the period for which the personal data will be erased.

Storing personal data for the customer loyalty programme
2.21 The personal data and purchase information regarding the user of the customer loyalty card are stored for the purposes of the customer loyalty programme in accordance with the requirements established in the Accounting Act. Personal data can be erased before the said term if the card holder submits relevant request to Põldma Kaubanduse AS and erasure of data is not in conflict with legislation.
2.22 Personal data are erased upon closing the customer account unless such data need to be stored for the purposes of accounting or resolution of consumer disputes. 
2.23 In the event of disputes regarding payments and consumer disputes, personal data are stored until the fulfilment of the claim or until the expiry of the term (three years). 
2.24 Personal data required for accounting purposes are stored for seven years.

Controller of personal data used in customer loyalty programme and resolution of disputes
2.25 Controller of personal data processed within the framework of customer loyalty programme is Põldma Kaubanduse AS. Within the framework of customer loyalty programme, Põldma Kaubanduse AS has the right to transfer personal data to the cooperation partners who are the processors of personal data, to provide card holders with the best service. The processors may process personal data only according to the instructions given by Põldma Kaubanduse AS and are required to ensure the protection of personal data.
2.26 Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved by mediation of customer support, e-mail: epood@denimdream.ee. Supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).

 

3. Security

3.1 Põldma Kaubanduse AS applies relevant physical, organisational and infotechnological security measures to protect personal data against accidentally or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorised access and unlawful disclosure.
3.2 Personal data of the customer, revealed while visiting all and any Põldma Kaubanduse AS stores and e-store and making purchases, are treated as confidential information. 
3.3 Personal data of the customers of Põldma Kaubanduse AS can be accessed – for the purpose of alteration and processing of data – only by duly authorised persons.
3.4 We operate in compliance with all relevant operational rules and corresponding EU legislation and laws applicable in the Republic of Estonia. 
 

4. GENERAL INFORMATION

4.1 Denim Family customer loyalty programme is the common customer loyalty programme of the following stores owned by Põldma Kaubanduse AS: Denim Dream, Denim Dream Outlet, Guess, Guess Outlet, Marciano by Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Underwear, Mustang, Tom Tailor, Camel Active, Premiere by Poldma, Trespass stores and e-store www.denimdream.com.
4.2 The purpose of the customer loyalty programme is to identify the members of Denim Family and rewarding them with special offers.
4.3 Denim Family customer loyalty programme and confidentiality of customers and users is the responsibility of Põldma Kaubanduse AS, registry code 10103586, address Ehitajate tee 120, 13570, Tallinn.
4.4 Põldma Kaubanduse AS has the right to make changes in the customer loyalty programme and related discounts.
